Delivery
- In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- For bank transfers, processing begins once the funds reach our account.
- Transit time is typically 1-4 business days depending on the destination.
- Shipping is free above the threshold shown on the cart page.
- For pallet or high-volume shipments we contact you separately about delivery terms.
On Delivery
Please inspect the package. If it is crushed, torn or wet, do not accept it without a damage report from the courier.
Returns
- You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
- Send your return request with your order number to info@strenerji.com.
- Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Non-returnable Items
Custom-made or custom-printed products, perishable food items, and products whose packaging has been opened where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report any missing, incorrect or damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping and replacement costs are covered by us in these cases.
